Class of Five provides you with a time, location, students, materials, and training videos, but the rest is up to you. You will be working remotely and conversing with parents and students directly, and any support you require will have to be provided by phone. It is therefore tantamount that you possess excellent classroom management skills, strong customer-facing soft skills and the ability to work independently and arrive on time. Depending on the number of classes you wish to take on, you may be required to travel between classes swiftly, and so scooter transportation is recommended.
We appreciate the responsibility that individual tutors have which is why we compensate accordingly. We also keep tutors in one area to relieve the stress of commuting between classes. We are always available for support with any aspect of the job, including customer relationship management with parents.
